REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At Branded, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your clothing purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns:

  • We accept returns and issue refunds for clothing items purchased directly from Branded.
  • To be eligible for a refund or return, the clothing item must be in its original condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for clothing items that have been worn, washed, or altered unless they are defective or not as described.

2. Return Period:

  • You must request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • After this period, we will not be able to process a return or issue a refund.

3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@branded.co.za to request a return authorisation.
  • Package the clothing item securely to prevent damage during shipping, and include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
  • Ship the item to Branded at the address provided during the return authorisation process.
  • Once we receive the returned clothing item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed.

4. Defective or Damaged Clothing Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged clothing item, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by either sending a replacement or processing a full refund.
5. Exchange Policy:
If you would like to exchange a clothing item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Additional shipping fees may apply.
