In-Store Pickup
We offer free in-store pickup for all orders placed through our website.
Pickup hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.Standard Delivery
We ship orders within the Republic of South Africa using The Courier Guy.
Estimated delivery time is between 4 and 6 business days after order confirmation and payment clearance.
Shipping fee: R50 flat rate per order.
Shipping Details
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control such as courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
Some products may be shipped directly from third-party suppliers who manage their own inventory and shipping. In such cases, delivery times may vary and you will be notified accordingly.
We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to addresses within South Africa only.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to addresses outside the Republic of South Africa.
Delivery to certain remote, high-risk, or restricted areas may not be possible. If your address falls into these categories, we will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements or cancellation.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided for all returns.
- A return label must be included in the package when sending back the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., intimate apparel, personalized/customized items). These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
How to Return

We will provide instructions on how to return the item and any necessary forms.
Refunds
Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
